I am visiting dr yogini firake for my wife’s pregnancy since the start. We have delivered our previous child with her only. So we have full faith in her. It was going smooth till the fifth month, just few minor complications which were been looked after by her very well. But after 5th month scan, we found out that her cervix length had shortened and opened. It was shortened to 1.5 cm which is almost equivalent to the cervical length during labour. We were panicked by the situation as the sonography doctor told us that the baby can get aborted in 5th month. We immediately visited dr yogini with our scan. Within no time, she got my wife admitted and started her with uterine relaxant injections. And after the specified time, put stitches to the cervix so that the baby can survive till 9th month. As the length of the cervix was so short, she had to go ahead with different method of suture which is done very rarely by any gynaecologist and is also risky if there is no expertise, but we were in best hands, so my wife came out of the surgery successfully. Thank you to dr yogini for saving our child and giving us hope that it can still survive and make it till 9th month. Highly recommended doctor in town, best gynaecologist.
